Welcome! I've had this vision ever since Katrina, when I was living in Boca Raton, FL. I saw a girl selling hot dogs outside a Home Depot! I thought to myself, "That's brilliant," and started researching the business. I was hooked!

Very few friends and very few family members were "in the loop" while I was testing the market! I graduated from my small Weber Smokey Joe grill and made enough money to buy a 28" flattop griddle. I went on and I was finally able to build a custom trailer that has been in operation ever since. I use a Hoffy, all beef kosher dog. It's an LA dog! I locally source out the best crawfish and alligator sausages. You have the choice of unlimited toppings that include, but are not limited to, grilled onions, grilled sweet peppers, chili, shredded cheddar cheese, and a special, mouth-watering hickory sauce that keeps you coming back for more!

I'm available for all your catering needs. Whether it's a birthday, festival or a corporate golf tournament, you can count on Rollie's for a ball of fun and good dogs!
